Bu gizlilik politikası, Hisar: Kara Gece ("Oyun") oyununun geliştiricisi ve yayıncısı Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv, İstanbul, Türkiye) tarafından yazılmış ve yönetilmektedir. App Store ve Google Play'deki Mr. Anduv! geliştirici hesapları, Meta Horizon Mağazası'ndaki "Mr Anduv" geliştirici kuruluşu ve bu sitenin (emreanduv.github.io) sahibi aynı kişidir.
Oyun kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz, paylaşmaz ve satmaz. Hesap açmayı, giriş yapmayı veya herhangi bir kişisel bilgi girmeyi gerektirmez. Oyunda reklam, analiz (analytics) veya takip aracı bulunmaz. Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur.
Toplanmayanlar: ad, e-posta, kullanıcı adı, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği, konum, kişiler, fotoğraf, ses, kullanım istatistiği — hiçbiri toplanmaz ve bize gönderilmez.
Yalnızca cihazında kalanlar: oyun ilerlemen (açılan bölümler, yıldızlar, akçe, Ordugâh geliştirmeleri), ses ayarı, hangi rehber ipuçlarını gördüğün ve puan sorusunun kaç kez sorulduğu. Bunlar yalnızca oyunun çalışması için cihazının kendi depolamasında tutulur, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.
Puan verme ve paylaşma: "Puan ver" düğmesi App Store'un ya da Google Play'in kendi puan penceresini, "Arkadaşına öner" düğmesi telefonunun kendi paylaşım menüsünü açar. Bu işlemler mağaza ve işletim sistemi tarafından yürütülür; oyun ve biz bu bilgilere erişmeyiz.
Bize yaz: "Bize yaz" düğmesi e-posta uygulamanda hazır bir ileti açar (oyun sürümü, platform ve ilerleme özeti eklenir). İleti yalnızca sen gönderirsen bize ulaşır; e-posta adresin yalnızca sana cevap vermek için kullanılır.
Barındırma: Bu sayfa GitHub Pages'te (GitHub, Inc.) barındırılır. GitHub, her web sunucusu gibi güvenlik amacıyla teknik bağlantı kayıtları (ör. IP adresi) tutabilir; bu kayıtlara bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Ayrıntı: GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi. Oyunun kendisi internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır.
Cihazındaki bütün oyun verilerini istediğin an oyunun içinden silebilirsin: Ana menü → Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil (onay ister, geri alınamaz). Oyunu kaldırdığında da bu veriler silinir.
Biz sizinle ilgili veri tutmadığımız için bizim tarafımızda silinecek bir kayıt yoktur. Bize e-posta gönderdiysen ya da herhangi bir veri hakkında soru sormak veya silinmesini istemek için emreanduvart@gmail.com adresine "Hisar: Kara Gece – Veri silme" konulu e-posta gönderebilirsin; talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır ve yerine getirilir.
Oyun, çocuklar dahil hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamaz.
Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayımlanır.

Owner. This policy is written, owned and maintained by Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv, Istanbul, Türkiye), the developer and publisher of Hisar: Kara Gece ("the Game"). The Mr. Anduv! developer accounts on the App Store and Google Play, the "Mr Anduv" developer organization on the Meta Horizon Store and the owner of this website (emreanduv.github.io) are the same person.
Summary. The Game does not collect, store, share or sell personal data. There are no accounts, sign-in, ads, analytics, trackers or in-app purchases.
What data is processed. We never collect your name, email, username, device or advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, voice or usage statistics. Only your game progress (unlocked levels, stars, coins, camp upgrades), sound setting, which tips you have seen and how many times the rating prompt was shown are kept in your device's local storage so the Game can work; they are never sent to any server. "Rate" opens the App Store / Google Play rating dialog and "Tell a friend" opens your phone's own share sheet; these are handled by the store and the operating system and we receive nothing. "Write to us" opens a prepared email in your mail app (game version, platform and a progress summary are included); it reaches us only if you send it, and your address is used only to reply to you. This page is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may keep technical connection logs such as IP addresses for security purposes under the GitHub Privacy Statement; we have no access to them. The Game itself works offline.
Deletion. You can delete all game data on your device at any time from inside the Game: Main menu → Settings (Ayarlar) → Delete my data (Verilerimi sil). Uninstalling the Game also removes it. We hold no data about you on our side. To ask any privacy question or request deletion of any data (for example an email you sent us), email emreanduvart@gmail.com with the subject "Hisar: Kara Gece – Data deletion"; requests are answered and completed within 30 days.
Children. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
