Bu politika Malazgirt Akıncıları'nın ("Oyun") Google Play, App Store, Steam ve Meta Quest (Meta Horizon Store) sürümleri için geçerlidir. Oyunda hesap, reklam, analiz (analytics) veya takip aracı yoktur ve geliştirici kişisel verilerinizi toplamaz, satmaz, paylaşmaz.

1. Hangi veriler işleniyor ve ne için kullanılıyor

Satın alma bilgisi (uygulama içi satın alma). İlk 100 bölüm ücretsizdir; "Tam Sürüm" tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın almadır. Satın alma işlemini mağaza (Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam veya Meta) yürütür. Oyun mağazadan yalnızca ürün kimliğini (ör. tamsurum), satın alma durumunu ve mağazanın verdiği satın alma belirtecini (purchase token) alır. Bu bilgi yalnızca Tam Sürüm'ü açmak ve satın almayı geri yüklemek için kullanılır; cihazda "Tam Sürüm açık" bilgisi olarak saklanır. Adınız, e-postanız, ödeme ve kart bilgileriniz geliştiriciye ulaşmaz; bunlar mağazanın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Oyun ilerlemesi ve ayarlar. Açılan bölümler, yıldızlar, akçe, ordugâh geliştirmeleri, dil/ses/görüş ayarları yalnızca kendi cihazınızda (yerel depolama) saklanır, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Bu bilgiler oyunun kaldığı yerden devam etmesi için kullanılır.
Meta Quest sürümü ve internet. Quest sürümü oyun dosyalarını GitHub Pages (emreanduv.github.io) üzerinden yükler. Bu sırada GitHub, her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, güvenlik amacıyla IP adresi gibi teknik bağlantı kayıtları tutabilir (GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi). Geliştirici bu kayıtlara erişmez ve kullanmaz. Diğer sürümler internetsiz çalışır.

2. Paylaşım

Geliştirici hiçbir veriyi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz veya satmaz. Satın alma işlemi doğrudan ilgili mağaza ile sizin aranızda gerçekleşir.

3. Verilerinizin silinmesi

Oyun içinden: Ayarlar → "Verilerimi sil" düğmesine iki kez dokunun (VR'da Ayarlar panelinde de vardır). Cihazdaki tüm ilerleme ve ayarlar anında silinir.
E-posta ile talep: emreanduvart@gmail.com adresine "Veri silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Geliştiricide sizinle ilgili saklanan veri olmadığından, size ait verileri nasıl sileceğinizi adım adım bildiririz ve e-postanızı da sileriz.
Oyunu kaldırmak veya cihaz ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizlemek de tüm yerel verileri siler.
Satın alma kaydı mağaza hesabınızda tutulur; silinmesini mağazadan (Google, Apple, Valve veya Meta hesap ayarları) talep edebilirsiniz. Verilerinizi silseniz bile Tam Sürüm'ü aynı hesapla "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile yeniden açabilirsiniz.

4. Çocuklar

Oyun çocuklar dahil hiçbir kullanıcıdan kişisel veri toplamaz.

This policy applies to the Google Play, App Store, Steam and Meta Quest (Meta Horizon Store) versions of Malazgirt Akıncıları (the "Game"). The Game has no accounts, ads, analytics or trackers, and the developer does not collect, sell or share your personal data.

1. What data is processed and how it is used

Purchase information (in-app purchase). The first 100 levels are free; the "Full Version" is a one-time in-app purchase processed by the store (Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam or Meta). The Game receives from the store only the product ID (e.g. tamsurum), the purchase status and the store's purchase token. This is used only to unlock the Full Version and to restore the purchase, and is kept on your device as a "Full Version unlocked" flag. Your name, email address and payment/card details never reach the developer; they are governed by the store's own privacy policy.
Game progress and settings. Unlocked levels, stars, coins, camp upgrades and language/sound/view settings are stored only on your device (local storage) and are never sent to any server. They are used so you can continue where you left off.
Meta Quest version and internet. The Quest version loads its game files from GitHub Pages (emreanduv.github.io). Like any website host, GitHub may keep technical connection logs such as IP addresses for security purposes (GitHub Privacy Statement). The developer does not access or use these logs. Other versions work offline.

2. Sharing

The developer does not share or sell any data to third parties. Purchases take place directly between you and the store.

3. Deleting your data

In the game: Settings → tap "Delete my data" twice (also available in the VR Settings panel). All progress and settings on the device are deleted immediately.
By email request: send an email with the subject "Data deletion request" to emreanduvart@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Because the developer stores no data about you, we will confirm this, guide you through deleting any data on your device, and delete your email.
Uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data in your device settings also deletes all local data.
Purchase records are held in your store account; you can request their deletion from the store (Google, Apple, Valve or Meta account settings). Even after deleting your data, you can unlock the Full Version again with "Restore purchases" using the same account.

4. Children

The Game does not collect personal data from any user, including children.
