Bu gizlilik politikası, Nutuk Salonu uygulamasının geliştiricisi ve yayıncısı Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv, İstanbul, Türkiye) tarafından yazılmış ve yönetilmektedir. Meta Horizon Mağazası'ndaki "Mr Anduv" geliştirici kuruluşu ve bu sitenin (emreanduv.github.io) sahibi aynı kişidir.
This privacy policy is written, owned and maintained by Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv, Istanbul, Türkiye), the developer and publisher of the Nutuk Salonu app, which is the same organization as the "Mr Anduv" developer account on the Meta Horizon Store and the owner of this website (emreanduv.github.io).

Nutuk Salonu hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz, paylaşmaz ve satmaz. Hesap, giriş, reklam, analiz veya izleme aracı yoktur. Uygulama ses kaydı, kamera görüntüsü ya da konum kullanmaz.

Toplanmayanlar: ad, e-posta, kullanıcı adı, Meta hesap bilgisi, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği, konum, ses, kamera görüntüsü, satın alma bilgisi, kullanım istatistiği — bunların hiçbiri toplanmaz ve bize gönderilmez.
Yalnızca gözlükte kalanlar: kumanda ve el takibi hareketleri (salonda seçim yapmak için, anlık olarak işlenir, kaydedilmez); rehberde hangi ipuçlarını gördüğün (tarayıcının yerel deposunda, "ns.rehber" adıyla); uygulamanın çevrimdışı çalışması için sayfa dosyaları gözlüğün tarayıcı önbelleğine kaydedilir.
Barındırma: Uygulama dosyaları GitHub Pages'ten (GitHub, Inc.) indirilir. GitHub, her web sunucusu gibi güvenlik amacıyla teknik bağlantı kayıtları (ör. IP adresi) tutabilir; bu kayıtlara bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Ayrıntı: GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi. Kumanda modelleri WebXR'ın açık profil deposundan (cdn.jsdelivr.net) indirilebilir; bu isteğe sizinle ilgili bilgi eklenmez.

Gözlükte kalan bilgiler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için (salonu göstermek, kürsüdeki metni ilerletmek, haritadan bölüm açmak, internetsiz açılmak) kullanılır. Hiçbir veri profil çıkarma, reklam, satış ya da üçüncü kişilerle paylaşım için kullanılmaz.

Biz sizinle ilgili veri tutmadığımız için bizim tarafımızda silinecek bir kayıt yoktur. Gözlükte kalan rehber kaydını uygulamanın içinden hemen silebilirsiniz: VR'da kumandanın A/B/X/Y tuşu ya da bel hizasındaki ? düğmesi → Verilerimi sil; bilgisayarda ve telefonda üstteki ? düğmesi → Verilerimi sil. Gözlükteki önbellek, uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Yine de herhangi bir veri hakkında soru sormak ya da silinmesini istemek için emreanduvart@gmail.com adresine "Nutuk Salonu – Veri silme" konulu e-posta gönderebilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

Uygulama, çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz. Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayımlanır.

Owner. This policy is owned and maintained by Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv), developer and publisher of Nutuk Salonu.
What data we process. None. Nutuk Salonu does not collect, store, share or sell personal data. It has no accounts, sign-in, ads, analytics or trackers, and never collects your name, email, username, Meta account data, device or advertising identifiers, location, voice, camera images, purchases or usage statistics.
How. Controller and hand-tracking input is processed in real time on your headset only, to let you interact with the scene, and is never recorded or transmitted. Which tips you have already seen is kept in the browser's local storage on your device ("ns.rehber"). App files are cached in the headset browser so the app can work offline; this cache never reaches us and is deleted when you uninstall the app. The app is served from GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may keep technical connection logs such as IP addresses for security purposes under the GitHub Privacy Statement; we have no access to them. Controller 3D models may be fetched from the public WebXR profiles repository on cdn.jsdelivr.net without any personal data.
Why. Solely to run the app (show the hall, advance the text, open chapters from the map, work offline). No data is used for profiling, advertising, sale or sharing with third parties.
Deletion. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side. You can delete the on-device tips record at any time inside the app: in VR press A/B/X/Y on a controller or the ? button at your waist → Delete my data (Verilerimi sil); on desktop and phone use the ? button at the top. Uninstalling the app removes the local cache. To ask any privacy question or request deletion of any data, email emreanduvart@gmail.com with the subject "Nutuk Salonu – Data deletion"; we respond within 30 days.
Children. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
