Topçular ("Oyun") kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz, paylaşmaz ve satmaz. Hesap, giriş, reklam, analiz (analytics) ya da izleme aracı yoktur.
Bu gizlilik politikası, Topçular oyununun geliştiricisi ve yayıncısı Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv, İstanbul, Türkiye) tarafından yazılmış ve yönetilmektedir. App Store ve Google Play'deki "Mr. Anduv!" geliştirici hesabı, Meta Horizon Mağazası'ndaki "Mr Anduv" geliştirici kuruluşu ve bu sitenin (emreanduv.github.io) sahibi aynı kişidir.
Toplanmayanlar: ad, e-posta, kullanıcı adı, cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği, konum, kişiler, fotoğraf, ses, satın alma bilgisi, kullanım istatistiği. Bunların hiçbiri toplanmaz ve bize gönderilmez.
Yalnızca cihazında kalanlar: oyun ilerlemen (açılan bölümler ve yıldızlar), ses ayarı, "Nasıl Oynanır" rehberinde hangi ipuçlarını gördüğün ve puan sorusunun kaç kez sorulduğu. Bunlar yalnız telefonunun kendi depolamasında durur, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.
Satın alma: Oyunda uygulama içi satın alma yoktur.
Puan ver, Arkadaşına öner, Bize yaz: Bu düğmeler telefonunun ya da mağazanın kendi ekranlarını açar (App Store / Google Play puan penceresi, paylaşım menüsü, e-posta uygulaman). Ne yazdığını ya da kime gönderdiğini biz görmeyiz; yalnızca bize kendin e-posta gönderirsen o e-postayı okuruz. E-postada otomatik olarak yalnız oyunun sürümü, platform (iOS/Android) ve ilerleme özeti yer alır; istersen silebilirsin.
Oyun internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır ve kendi başına hiçbir ağ isteği yapmaz. Bu gizlilik sayfası GitHub Pages'te (GitHub, Inc.) barındırılır. GitHub, her web sunucusu gibi güvenlik amacıyla teknik bağlantı kayıtları (ör. IP adresi) tutabilir; bu kayıtlara bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Ayrıntı: GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi.
Oyundaki Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil düğmesi, cihazındaki bütün oyun verisini (ilerleme, ses ayarı, rehber) onayından sonra hemen siler. Oyunu kaldırdığında da bu veriler silinir. Biz sizinle ilgili veri tutmadığımız için bizim tarafta silinecek bir kayıt yoktur. Yine de bir soru sormak ya da silme talebinde bulunmak için emreanduvart@gmail.com adresine "Topçular – Veri silme" konulu e-posta gönderebilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Oyun, çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz. Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayımlanır.

Owner. This policy is written, owned and maintained by Mr. Anduv! (Emre Anduv, Istanbul, Türkiye), the developer and publisher of Topçular. The "Mr. Anduv!" developer account on the App Store and Google Play, the "Mr Anduv" developer organization on the Meta Horizon Store and the owner of this website (emreanduv.github.io) are the same person.
What data we process. None. Topçular does not collect, store, share or sell personal data. It has no accounts, sign-in, ads, analytics or trackers, and never collects your name, email, username, device or advertising identifiers, location, contacts, photos, voice, purchases or usage statistics.
Stored only on your device. Game progress (unlocked levels and stars), the sound setting, which "How to Play" tips you have seen and how many times the rating question was shown. This stays in your phone's local storage and is never sent to any server. There are no in-app purchases.
Rate, Tell a friend, Write to us. These buttons open your phone's or the store's own screens (the App Store / Google Play rating sheet, the share sheet, your email app). We never see what you write or who you share with; we only read an email if you choose to send one to us. The email draft contains only the game version, platform (iOS/Android) and a progress summary, which you can remove.
Network and hosting. The game works offline and makes no network requests of its own. This page is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may keep technical connection logs such as IP addresses for security purposes under the GitHub Privacy Statement; we have no access to them.
Deletion. In the game, Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil (Settings → Delete my data) erases all game data on your device after you confirm. Uninstalling the game removes it too. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side. To ask any privacy question or request deletion, email emreanduvart@gmail.com with the subject "Topçular – Data deletion"; we respond within 30 days.
Children. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children. Changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
